Flowers for Aunt Leila

Did each of these arrangements for my Aunt Leila who recently passed away

at the age of 94.  I found out at her funeral that purple was her favorite color.

It just seemed to fit her!  She'll be missed.

Austin's and Danielle's Wedding

It was such a pleasure to do these flowers for my friend Danielle and her new hubby.

They seem so happy!  I think the combination of white roses, white oriental lilies,

and blue Dendrobium orchids is stunning!  And with the teal dresses and ties...

well, it made for a beautiful wedding! And I got to do a few bouquets for the occasion. 
She chose to use her toss bouquet at the temple, a cascading bouquet for her reception,
and another hand-tied bouquet for an open house. (I also did a cascade for her bridals!)
That's a lot of bouquets and I loved doing every single one of them!

Congratulations Danielle and Austin!  I'm so happy for you!

Colton's and Aubree's Wedding

 

Last of the weddings for a few weeks.  Simple and elegant!

Austin's and Danielle's Bridals

Every now and again I do a bouquet that turns out even more pretty 

than I anticipated.  The two times I've done bouquets featuring

these flowers have been the two times where I've absolutely loved the bouquets!

I just think this combination of flowers is stunning,

and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cascading bouquets.

This is the first time I worked with an ivy plant over just

a bunch of ivy bound in a bunch.

I will always get an ivy plant from now on!

I'm so happy that the bride was pleased with her bouquet!

Look forward to doing another one for her on her wedding day!

Jarron's and Alex's Wedding

Talk about a fun wedding!  I couldn't decide which pictures to post

because I just love daisies.  They make me happy!

Jarron and Alex seem so in love, and so happy themselves,

and these flowers fit perfectly for their reception 

which featured a large lemonade stand!  Darling!

It was fun to get to do flowers for another one of my son's friends!

Can't believe they're all starting to get married!

Congratulations to Jarron and Alex.  You are a great couple with a wonderful energy!

Derek's and Rachel's Wedding

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was a pleasure to do these flowers for Derek and Rachel.

My oldest son used to play with Derek when they were just little, 

and now they're both grown and married!  Crazy!

Pretty colors!  I was hoping that the blush color roses (they're called Seniorita)

would have opened up a bit more, but still, they looked beautiful

along side the Amsterdam coral roses.

Flowers for Dolores

Sometimes less is more!  That's how I feel about this funeral spray.

I actually bought more flowers to add, but once I finished putting the carnations in,

I decided anything more would be too much. 

I love the way this arrangement turned out.  Simply beautiful!
