Blake's and Katie's Wedding

Blake's and Katie's was a country themed wedding all the way!
It was a little tricky figuring out how to do the boutonnieres with
gunshot shell casings, so hopefully they worked out okay.
I also wasn't sure how the wheat would look in the bouquet,
but I thought it turned out nicely.  I hope the bride agreed!
Congratulations, Blake and Katie.  I wish you the best!

Spencer's and Haley's Wedding

Sometimes it's hard to say no!
My daughter-in-law's best friend was getting married the same week
I was leaving for young women camp, so these flowers were done two days in advance!
I really wanted to do them for Haley, though.
I hoped and prayed they would stay fresh for the big day.
I thought they turned out very pretty.
I do need to figure out floral magnets. I put them on the corsages,
and when I tried them, they worked, but they failed on the wedding day.
And, I wish I would have maybe only used one rose for the corsages rather than three.
These roses are gorgeous, but they were HUGE!!!
Every now and again, I wish I could go back in time and have a do over.
I live and learn and hope I can remember for the next time!
Overall, I think these flowers were beautiful.
Coral and peach are always beautiful in my opinion.
Congratulations to Haley and Spencer!
So happy for you!

Ethan's and Kirsti's Wedding

It was fun to walk out of the Ogden Utah Temple and see these two lovebirds across the way.
This was only the second wedding I did using silk or what they now call permanent flowers,
and I was a little intimidated by it, but I thought the colors looked stunning against
Kirsti's ivory dress.  It actually ended up being really fun to do these flowers.
I worked on the corsages at the oral surgeon's office while my daughter was getting her
wisdom teeth out!  That's the great thing about silk flowers...
you can work on them just about anywhere!
This couple was so cute and you can tell they are so happy,
and I am happy for them!

Devon's and Maren's Wedding

So, I know I took pictures of these flowers, but I cannot find them anywhere!
I'm grateful to my friend, Becky, who took these at the wedding.
The bouquet ended up having a very dramatic feel to it.
I honestly had not planned on using this much greenery, but as I shaped the bouquet,
I thought the bride might like it.
If anyone could pull it off, Maren could.  I think she makes a stunning bride!
Congratulations, Devon and Maren!

Caleb's and Britney's Wedding

I was so excited when I heard that these two were getting married!
We know both bride's and the groom's families,
and I couldn't be more happy for both of them!
Peach, blush, and navy have been a popular combination for weddings
over the last couple of years.  Mixed with succulent,
I think it creates a very soft and pretty effect.
So happy I could do these flowers for such a wonderful couple!
Congratulations, and welcome to the Saunders family, Britney!

Flowers for Annie's Grandpa

I did these arrangements for my sister-in-law's grandfather's funeral.
I thought they turned out really pretty.
Yellow and orange are not necessarily favorite colors of mine,
but every time I put them together in an arrangement, I really love them.
I hope the family did as well.

Andrew's and Raquel's Wedding

My cute niece and her new hubby went with the classic red rose for their wedding.
You can never go wrong with that choice!
I wish you all the best Raquel and Andrew.  Love ya!

Aunt Marie's Funeral

I did three arrangements for my sweet Aunt Marie.  She loved pink and purple.
She is missed, but we know she is at peace after being ill for quite some time.
Sending my love to her family.
